Tinyomnibus Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tinyomnibus services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. For apps downloaded via the Apple App Store, you are also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

I. Scope of Service

These terms apply to all products and services operated by tinyomnibus.me, including but not limited to:

II. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

To support service development, our apps (including those listed above) integrate Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, mobile identifiers (e.g., AAID / IDFA), or other technologies to display, optimize, and measure advertising performance.

III. Paid Services and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

For services offering "Ad-Free" or other feature subscriptions, please note:

Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies; developers cannot directly process refund requests for the App Store.

IV. Apple Legal Statements (Required by Apple EULA)

  1. Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. The Developer is solely responsible for the Application.
  2. Maintenance and Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
  3. Product Claims: Any claims related to the Application are the responsibility of the Developer, not Apple.
  4. Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it.

V. App-Specific Terms

(1) Vaultify

Uses local storage and iOS CryptoKit encryption. Content remains only on the user's device. We are not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device reset.

(2) LiveSight Map

Visual content is sourced from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube). We provide indexing only and are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.

(3) GEPT8KGo

AI scoring and review features are for learning reference only and do not guarantee specific exam results.

(4) Veloura Lens

All AI beauty processing and ID photo generation are performed locally on-device; no photos are uploaded to any server. Photos in the app's dedicated album are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device reset.

(5) VeriCite

Citation content is sent solely to public academic APIs (CrossRef, PubMed, Semantic Scholar, OpenAlex) for verification purposes. All verification history is stored locally on your device. The app does not collect personal data and does not require an account. AI scoring results and confidence scores are provided for reference only and do not guarantee the definitive authenticity of any citation. We are not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device reset.

(6) AeroDash

All trip data (speed, route, G-force, stop records, sprint times, etc.) is stored locally on your device via SwiftData and is never uploaded to any server. Speed camera warnings are provided for informational and driver-assistance purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the speed camera database. Drivers remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws. We are not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the speed camera warning feature. GPS trip tracking, G-force measurement, speed camera detection, and Live Activity features all operate on-device without an internet connection. The app does not require an account and collects no personal identification information. We are not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device reset.

VI. Disclaimer and Jurisdiction

All services are provided "as-is." This service is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
