Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tinyomnibus services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. For apps downloaded via the Apple App Store, you are also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
I. Scope of Service
These terms apply to all products and services operated by tinyomnibus.me, including but not limited to:
LiveSight Map
Vaultify
GEPT8KGo
Related apps and websites provided by tinyomnibus.me.
II. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)
To support service development, our apps (including those listed above) integrate Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, mobile identifiers (e.g., AAID / IDFA), or other technologies to display, optimize, and measure advertising performance.
III. Paid Services and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
For services offering "Ad-Free" or other feature subscriptions, please note:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your App Store Account Settings any time after purchase.
Restore Purchase: If you change devices or reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchase" button within the app.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies; developers cannot directly process refund requests for the App Store.
IV. Apple Legal Statements (Required by Apple EULA)
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. The Developer is solely responsible for the Application.
Maintenance and Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
Product Claims: Any claims related to the Application are the responsibility of the Developer, not Apple.
Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it.
V. App-Specific Terms
(1) Vaultify
Uses local storage and iOS CryptoKit encryption. Content remains only on the user's device. We are not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device reset.
(2) LiveSight Map
Visual content is sourced from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube). We provide indexing only and are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.
(3) GEPT8KGo
AI scoring and review features are for learning reference only and do not guarantee specific exam results.
VI. Disclaimer and Jurisdiction
All services are provided "as-is." This service is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
